They don't see the blue marks,
on mijn shoulders and my back.
And they don't hear crazy voices,
screaming in my soul.
But than, how could I forget,
They never seem to listen.
They don't see the pain I feel,
and think that rain is only rain.
And they live for another day,
while I just dream of yesterday.
They donīt hear the things others say
and they donīt have to listen.
They just see me from the outside,
while within, my soul is dying.
They donīt have trouble smiling,
while my smile is hard to fake.
and no one else is crying,
for long forgotten mistakes.
They have usual conversations,
while I pretend never to speak.
And they never have to do things,
while I do things I donīt understand.
They seem to love so easy,
while my love died so long ago.
And there tears come out as water,
while I cherisch mine.
They donīt understand things,
that I found out years ago.
No they seem truly happy,
while I fake everything I know.
They donīt see the blue marks,
and the tears I hold inside.
They donīt know what pain Iīm in,
Because I always try to hide.
They donīt see my heart breaking,
or my fake smile leaving my face.
But than, how could they ever know,
